BANK ASSET FUND V
The Bank Asset Fund V is an alternative closed-end real estate investment fund reserved for professional investors launched on 18 December 2014.
Investors are leading, all-Italian credit institutions. The objectives of the Fund are: to invest in non-capital real estate assets, to acquire properties from auctions and/or bankruptcy proceedings, used to secure any receivables by the same banks, to use a portion of the Fund’s assets to purchase non-performing loans backed by mortgage guarantees.
The Fund’s purpose is the professional management and enhancement of its assets so as to increase their initial value and maximize the divisible balance, namely the end net result to be distributed among the shareholders.
All assets are located in Italy.
